An accomplished Educational Leader with about 20 years of progressive experience across education management, institutional consulting, international development, and Government-led initiatives. Her career reflects a strong blend of business leadership, educational expertise, research insight, and exceptional project management skills.

I began my journey by leading the VETA Spoken English Training Centre and later managing the franchise operations of the Institute of Computerized Accounting at Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. These early leadership roles strengthened my capabilities in center management, team supervision, sales achievement beyond targets, and learner-focused service delivery.

My career further expanded through my association with Mrs. Hina Shah, an internationally recognized Women Entrepreneurship activist. During this tenure, I contributed to a UNESCAP study on women’s entrepreneurship, building strong foundations in research, analytical writing, and project documentation.

Over the next 12 years with one of the Education Consulting Firm based in Ahmedabad, I played a key role in supporting the Government of Gujarat and several corporate organizations in conceptualizing, designing, and developing state-level, world-class educational institutions. This exposure enriched my understanding of educational systems, curriculum design, stakeholder management, policy interpretation, and large-scale project execution.

As a tech-savvy professional with strong presentation and communication abilities, I have consistently delivered high-quality reports, proposals, and capacity-building sessions. I am skilled in using digital tools to enhance project efficiency, research quality, and communication impact.

In addition to my core career, I have been associated with Akashwani, All India Radio Ahmedabad as a Casual Announcer since 2012, reflecting my clarity of speech, voice modulation skills, and deep interest in public communication. I am also associated with Planet Spark, an EdTech firm as a Public Speaking Expert where I leverage my long tenured experience in Educational Management and Learning.
